Why use animal fat in your diet instead of seed oils?

Beef tallow is Mother Nature's Powerhouse fat. It's the fat that your grandparents cooked and baked with before the introduction of highly inflammable "vegetable oil" (it's not really vegetable oil!) which has caused a surge in BP and diabetes in the last 50 years.

Our beef tallow is rendered from grass fed beef suet, free from antibiotics and growth stimulants.

Because of it's high smoke point of 220ºC, it’s a good fat for cooking, frying, baking, sautéing and roasting

When melted, tallow is a clear oil, packed with heart-healthy oleic acid and nutrients such as Vitamins A, D, K, E and B12. In addition, tallow can promote radiant skin and support a healthy metabolism due to a rich content of CLA.

Solid at room temperature, tallow can be stored on the shelf for up to 6 months and refrigerated for up to a year.
